Frequently asked questions.

  • We ask that you remove any personal items from all parts of your vehicle that are being cleaned before your appointment (bags, toys, blankets, etc.).

Our detailers will send a text when they are on the way. If we need access codes for entry to your home or community, please let us know before your appointment. We ask that you be available to hand your detailer the keys or arrange a safe spot to leave the keys in the event you won’t be present.

  • We may ask to have access to your water and electricity. Our mobile detailers have onboard water and power but we may need access due to the length of our visit and vehicle size. We use our own hoses and electrical cords and will ensure any items moved will be before returned to its spot before our visit.

  • Our mobile detailers will send a text once your service is completed. You can pay in person using any contactless or “tap to pay” payment option such as: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Cash App. If not in person we will text you an invoice that you can pay with any major credit/debit card at any time. We also accept cash or checks, just let your detailer know.

  • Several factors play a role in the length of your detail, such the condition of the vehicle upon arrival and the size of the car or truck. We take our time to make sure your car looks as flawless as possible, so we estimate to work on your vehicle between 2 to 6 hours to get your car looking its best.

  • We understand that things happen and plans change. Trust us, we’ve been there too. That’s why we ask if you do need to change or cancel your appointment to give us at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled date. Same day cancellations mays be subject to a $50 fee.

  • Hopefully mother nature cooperates that day but sometimes that doesn’t happen. We typically wait until the day of your service to determine whether we need to reschedule your detail. In that event, we will call, text, and/or email you to get you rescheduled to your next most convenient date.

  • Yes you can go to a normal hand or automatic car wash, but we wouldn’t recommend it. The items touching your car’s paint at a regular car wash collect dirt and contaminants from everyone’s car that passes through, which can damage or scratch your vehicle. Our tools are cleaned after every visit and we provide a more thorough service that protects and preserves the look of your car. Regular detailing can minimize the wear and tear on your car and can increase the overall value of your car.
